• Compile, submit and ensure compliance of special education PIMS reporting and Penn-Data reports and other federal and state Special Education reports as required.
• Provide high-level administrative support by, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests
• Assist Director of Special Education with internal and external reports and special projects
• Monitor parent requests and evaluation process for students in the general education department.
• Monitor and process Special Education student enrollment, identification and student withdrawal
• Maintain timelines and records of the special education population

• Responsible for proactive communication with the Director of Learning Services on project status, deadlines, project plan. Suggest and implement solutions to any roadblocks or challenges in consultation with the.
• Manage and Coordinate program planning/event schedules and activities, manage logistics, catering needs, support the program team and/or volunteer committee.
• Develop various documents and meeting materials (e.i. budgets, procedures, forms, agendas, rosters, etc.) in order to implement and maintain services and/or programs.
• Marketing: communicate with communications and resources to coordinate promotions, signage and materials.
• Work with the learning services department and Human Resources Coordinator to coordinate contract with approved vendors and locations to be used for the various programs and meetings.
• Coordinate program evaluations, working with the Data Systems Coordinator to ensure that evaluations are conducted of each program.
