• Saved Related Companies’ partnership with their invoice provider after reducing outstanding debt from unpaid legal services by $300,000; implemented billing and collection process• Processed and recorded accounts payable/receivable invoices via JD Edwards and ensured that all are reimbursed in a timely matter; if delayed, tracked due dates via reconciliation collections and meeting with inter-company accountants• Maintained clean balance sheets and prevent debt by identifying, researching, and resolving Legal invoices to ensure proper billing of $400,000 for over 200 inter-company customers monthly• Reconciled monthly AP and AR ledger accounts including ensuring client payment transaction accuracy
