• Produce shop drawings, sections & details for project submission to relevant standard as required.• Generate detailed shop drawings for construction by using AutoCAD.• Ensure drawings are completed within required schedule.• Laise with site engineers and MEP engineers in preparation of shop drawings.• Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and as-built drawings.• Schedule the working plan to finish in the target date.• Prepare the relavant documentation for drawing submission.• Task for documentation of technical data and daily reported.• Attend technical specification meeting and monthly meeting to explain how much we done.• Visit job sites to compile measurements as necessary.• Coordinate with Architect, Project Manager and clients to meet

• Create 3D Modelling with Sketch Up design software.• Prepare detailed designs with AutoCAD design software.• Present rough design drafts with 2D Floor Plan and 3D Concept Model using AutoCAD, Sketch-Up for client’s approval and update to final design.• Ability to meet deadlines.• Produce construction details and specifications.• Render in Sketch-Up V-ray.• Post Production in Photoshop.• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.• Present documentation worksheet.• Coordinated work between various professionals and resolve issues that arise during construction.• Visited building worksites to ensure work is being done to architectural plans.
