My role at QuEST was Project Manager - managed projects directed towards cost savings and implementation of new processes and technologies. Supported military F135 Turbine Module Center (TMC) Cost Reduction Team –Blades and Vanes. Developed and maintained master integrated schedules and performed EVMS for all projects as well as presented status to upper management.Supported in managing the War on Costs (WoC) on F135 advanced military engine program of $4.2M budget Supported CIPT in preparing presentation material / status reports for the CIPT, Program Office and Chief Engineers. Responsible for managing and reporting of technical, schedule and cost risks.Worked with Turbine Module Center to develop WoC business cases and present to F135 Program Office.
