-Helped develop our pediatric behavioral health program, including diagnostic evaluations, medication initiation and management for ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, disruptive behaviors, and sleep problems-Provide support and work collaboratively with our behavioral health therapists, community health liaisons and social work care coordinator to provide resources for families-Provide primary care (development, behavior, nutrition, anticipatory guidance), urgent/acute care (illness, injury), newborn nursery care (inpatient and outpatient)- Provide telehealth/virtual services for behavioral health care and acute care- Work collaboratively to provide care coordination for families with complex medical and social needs- Provide quality improvement measures to improve the practice’s vaccination goals, preventative well child visits rates, asthma care program while minimizing emergency room utilization- Coordinate physician scheduling and patient scheduling

- Created and implemented a curriculum on topics of health care access and health care rights and responsibilities to empower incarcerated youth- Developed a sustainable screening and referral process to improve access to incarcerated youth and their families upon community re-entry through Huckleberry Youth Programs

-Completed intensive inpatient, emergency and outpatient pediatrics/adolescent medical training

- Developed and implemented a conflict resolution program in high-risk elementary schools - Completed a controlled study to assess the program impact in reducing aggression as a means of primary prevention of violence

Service Corps Fellowship at the HIV/AIDS Initiative at Byrraju Foundation- Supervised 80 rural-based physicians; designed and implemented a training program for these physicians on HIV sensitization, STI management and anti-retro viral treatment delivery
