Current• Responsible for requirements gathering from business owners.• Involved in Production support for the HCM integrations which includes resolving the tickets, diagnosis the reason for the issues and trouble shoot the failures and delivery.• Involved in gap analysis, business requirement and in creating technical design documents.• Handling the incidents, service requests, integration monitoring, bug fixes, issue resolutions, enhancements, root cause analysis and production migration were my part of the support activities.• Worked on complex demographics reports for third parties• Worked on Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document transformation and studio. Involved on Production support for the payroll interfaces, HCM integrations which includes resolving the tickets, finding the root cause for the failures, and delivering the results in stipulated time.• Worked on updating the public keys used in the integration in which worked with business and get the key and update them in the respective Workday integrations and ensure downstream system can decrypt the data after the first run of implementation.• Aided the users with Incident/problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 support basis.• Worked and updating on extending the schedule for all the integration for the year.• Developed a studio integration to move candidate signed bonus document to Worker’s profile once hired and accessible to Employee as-self.• Have done Integration regression testing for all existing integrations when release and updates on both Sandbox and Sandbox preview tenant to identify the impacts.• Built a studio integration to update/insert photos for all the associates including EE and Contingent worker specific to Vietnam and send the status back to the users.
