Main activities:- Planning, monitoring and analysis of planned preventive and corrective maintenance of two Packaging Plants and Utility equipment, based on anomalies found in Inspection Service Orders, and following the frequency of maintenance plans, through SAP management software /R3.- Predictive Maintenance Planning and Analysis: Thermography, Vibration Analysis and Ultrasound.- Programming of Major Maintenance Events, with activity planning, parts collection and contracting of third-party services.- Detailing and planning Service Orders, analyzing resources necessary for their execution.- Weekly Cost Tracking- Analysis and control of maintenance indicators, including MTTR/MTBF, Back-Log.- Analysis and control of Maintenance Costs.- Quality Tools: Fault Tree - Ishikawa Analysis, Five Whys- Knowledge and experience with quality standards – ISO 9000; ISO 14000; ISO 22000+PAS220 (Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, PPRO); OHSAS 18001.- 5S and PDCA Implementation Committee – Multiplier of the 5S Program and the PDCA Tool, contributing to better objectivity, efficiency and maintenance cost reduction.
