Developed the capability to analyze metabolomics data and applied the pipeline into multiple endocrine and cancer projects, including GRA, PDE4 inhibitor, and disease characterization of KRAS mutant cancer. Discovered biomarkers/MOA using cancer cell line metabolite profiling data. Novel hypotheses were formed with multiple Lilly leads/candidates compounds/drugs. Applied/generated pathway analysis methods/pipelines to multiple platforms including cDNA microarray, RNAseq and metabolomics data.
