Provide high-quality anatomic pathology diagnostic services for more than 500 customers.2. Promote telepathology diagnostic services, including intraoperative frozen section procedures.3. Leading the lab team to obtain Laboratory Accreditation Certificate of CNAS-ISO 15189 and CAP.4. Provide histopathology CRO services for pharmaceutical drug development.5. Assist in the development of the laboratory's own pathology information system.6. Build an influential platform for social media pathology community in China and provide continued pathological education and training.7. Assist in the development of pathological artificial intelligence diagnosis.

1. 12 years of experience in anatomic pathology and pathological consultation on difficult cases. 2. Led gastrointestinal/liver/pancreaticobiliary pathology diagnostic specifications and training in the department. 3. For the first time reported the unique paranuclear dot-like immunostaining pattern of CD99 for diagnosing solid-pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) of the pancreas in 2011. Later this finding is quoted by the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP) and WHO Classification of Tumors. Now it is one of the pathological diagnostic criteria for SPN recognized by the global pathology community.4. Participated in the administrative management of the department and established molecular and genetic pathology laboratory. This makes our department the third department of pathology in Shanghai to establish a molecular pathology laboratory.

Two years of systematic scientific research training focusing on reciprocal regulations between estrogen sulfotransferase and oxidative stress injury. Ten research publications and 1 grant support from National Natural Science Foundation of China based on this research.
