My role involves liaising with customers and internal teams, including our counterparts in China, to facilitate installation, integration, and troubleshooting.I support overseas after-sales troubleshooting both remotely and by attending on-site, particularly for lithium battery systems.I served as the after-sales engineer on an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) battery system project, working closely with engineers and the Battery Management System (BMS) team to implement firmware improvements based on project and customer requirements , coordinated with customers to address engineering changes and secure the necessary approvals.In addition, I managed communications with the Battery Temperature Management System (BTMS) supplier to resolve issues related to the Thermal Management System (TMS). I also ensured the successful completion of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), attending on-site to oversee testing and collaborating with engineers on the development of SAT documentation.I arrange monthly after-sales performance meetings with key customers and provide weekly and monthly reports on the after-sales project dashboard/tracker to managers and the Head of Department (HOD). Also cooperate with H.Q RND team for fault allocation if necessary. Checked as Built Drawing which provide by installation team before submitting to customer. Support inverter controller software upgrade and NMS system adaption for O&M  Support align with customer and internal for faulty part replenish and replacements process. Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
