Maintaining close liaison with Client’s Project Management Team together with the partner involved and coordinating all task force work to meet and exceed the criteria of client’s quality requirement.Initiate Non-conformance Reports where quality deficiencies are not satisfactorily actions and follow up preventive and corrective actions for different quality related matters.Review Project’s Specifications & Inspection Test Plans for related Projects and QMS documents and record according the Project Document Control Procedure.Follows-up actions on audit findings and ensure that proper close out and correction were done according to the related procedures. Ensure that all audits are value added to ensure proper assessment and objective evidence of compliance pursued. Establish effective preventive measures and corrective action to ensure that deficiencies do not re-occur. This process will involve measurements to determine trends and suitable means of correction. Prepare and compile data from audits, identify non-quality trends and advise Project Manager, Project Management or Operations for resolution. Oversee / take lead in performance of Root Cause Analysis for Criticality NCR’s and CAR’s. Establish statistical measurement to define Quality and Performance Quality (KPI’s). Ensure that the Contract Quality Scheduled Audits conducted on a timely schedule relevant to commencement of activities. Review plot plan, engineering basic design data, general arrangement drawing, detail drawing for installation and fabrication, ISO & P&ID for piping systems installation. Have been performed inspections, testing and commissioning of Drilling systems [Top-drive, Draw-work, Hydraulic Cathead and BOP etc….] and produced inspections & test reports. Have been involved in installation & testing of Marine equipments and performed Commissioning of Mud Systems such as High Pressure Mud Pumps, Mud Agitators, Mud Processing and Mud Circulation. Have been responsible for Commissioning of Drilling Systems such as Draw-works, Top-drive, Rotary Table, Iron Roughneck and Diverter & BOP Control system. Have been worked the Commissioning activities of Marine Systems such as Drill Water, Potable Water and Sewage Treatment plant.
