• Manage routine and ad-hoc tasks in Credit department • Drafted company Credit Policy and MSP Account Billing Procedure• Maintain DSO and clean Aging• Maintain credit folder with customer profiles and customer master• Establish trade credit for new customers and maintain goodwill for existing customers• Support sales efforts to increase revenue and develop market share• Support finance goals with healthy cash flow and prevent bad debt losses and keep it to a minimum• Decision on turning accounts to collections• Maintain credit protective devices, such as Personal Guarantee, Security Interest, Financing option and credit insurance • Report aging and alerts to Dun and Bradstreet and NACM on monthly basis• Attend NACM Credit Conferences to build relationship with fellow credit professionals and exchange information on high risk accounts through panel discussion. • Financial duties: Bank Reconciliation, cash forecast and intercompany transactions
