• Design, prepare, communicate on Damco global KPI for 40+ global origins from Asia pacific, Greater China, South Asia into 11 destination markets• Design, implement, execute Delay In transit solution for 700FFE+ cargo to support Walmart special inventory movement without incurring any additional cost• Innovate, organize, conduct Walmart supplier workshop on yearly basis and 7+ sessions of Damco internal SOP sharing

• Drive shipper on-line booking ratio from 40% to 97% for Mexico shipment• Identify 60,000 sales lead of landside service and wins 30,000 trucking business• Review, standardize the documentation process for Central America shipment• Execute 3 dedicated extra loaders of 5,100+FFE
