CurrentResponsible for all business development activities, including but not limited to customer identification, ongoing stakeholder relationship building, competitive tendering, contract negotiation and contract managementKey driving force, responsible for the organisation’s successful expansion, from its traditional client base in the mining/resource/construction sectors, to state and federal government and finance sectors, through competitive tendering. Coordinating and tailoring a suite of project management, contract management, vendor relationship management, leadership continuous professional development training programs, using a variety of development and delivery methods, based on the unique specified requirements from the clients. All programs were subsequently accredited by the Project Management Institute Led and coordinated, a diverse range of stakeholders, to negotiate and establish the organisation’s eLearning capability, ranging from a dedicated web based learning portal, specific online assessment tools, webinars, videos, knowledge bases and digital document management
