I’m a program manager and a certified Scrum Master, Agile project Manager and Technical Project Manager with a Java developer background. I’ve got 2 master degrees all from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology: first major in Computer Science and the second one in Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship.I currently work as a program manager. My responsibility is to analyse customer needs, find or hire companies that come along with the perfect solution match, then lead different teams to work on the project till its deployment in production (contracts, budget, ressources, implemention, retailers relationd and product support).I'd akso had worked during 4 years in financial institution as Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager/Technical Project Manager. My daily duty is to lead a development team of 8 people and collaborate with my tech leader to ship into production all projects/products.
