Hi, nice to meet you on my profile!If I were to characterize myself in a few words, I would say: that in this world my vocation is to initiate reactions. This is why my choice for my Bachelor's and Master's degrees were international communications and diplomacy. Thanks to personal achievements during my Master's studies, I have been chosen as one of the first employees of the newly established government institution in the defense sphere – the Centre for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defence Council. My role at this job has been of a strategic visionary: I was among the few people who launched the operation of the agency, including the management processes and created the strategy for the development of the institution in relation to its promotion and advocacy of its missions. As the Centre went past its initialization process, I gained more responsibilities, such as bringing ideas for new research, planning, and conducting public cooperation as the official representative of the Centre with international partners around the world. Among my duties were building the strategy for engagement with particular organizations, proposing and delivering joint projects and activities for other structures, and preparing and providing public speeches, lectures, and presentations for different audiences. In the course of my work, I was constantly looking for new opportunities for the development of the Centre, and therefore, besides inter-government relations, I conducted negotiations on a daily basis with representatives of CSOs, NGOs, private companies, and individuals. As a result, the Centre’s employees regularly undergo special qualification training on a NATO basis and participate in seminars from Hybrid CoE, EU Advisory Mission, NATO Stratcom CoE, Psychological Defence Agency of Sweden, and many more. Currently, I work as a Consultant on a project that aims to assist the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in facilitating cross-cultural dialogue with specific countries. Alongside my role as an Analytical Consultant, I'm a Co-Founder of an entrepreneurial venture UMBRA, leveraging my public speaking and presentation skills to drive our mission forward and engage with our stakeholders. At the same time, I still conduct different speeches and presentations in the international arena as an Independent Researcher, for example, at the High-level Cybersecurity Forum in Sweden.I am looking forward to new opportunities and adventures!
