Leading a global operational team. As a Business Ops process manager, I’m responsible for mapping existing processes and improving them, find weak spots in the process, suggest improvements (product enhancements, automation solutions (RPA, AI), change protocols, create/change audits and controls processes), overseeing the process until full implementation.
