During 6 years of my dedicated work in Assuta oncology day care , i"ve gained experience as head nurse (replaced head nurse for 6 months), as radiactive iodine therapy nurse coordinator, replaced radiosurgery nurse coordinator, in the last year of my worked i acted as breast surgery nurse coordinator .All my titles and jobs in assuta involved a lot of instructing patients and their families, managing side affects of the therapies according to guidlines and oncologist decision.I used every opportunity to learn new skills and broaden my functions as an oncology nurse.
