Responsibilities:• Searching for qualified IT specialists according to relevant job criteria, using major databases, Social Media networking, professional groups, candidates referrals etc• Selecting and screening Candidates for Client companies in the Turkey & Ukraine• Contacting candidates, presenting opportunities, seeking interest level and possible referrals• Discussing job details with potential qualified candidates• Partner with recruiter to execute and build effective sourcing strategy• Posting open positions in Social Media and Job Boards• Maintaining internal recruiting database and managing the candidate pipeline
