Supporting Launches and NPIs execution for 7 markets according to 3-5Y strategy.- Launch products support from project approval till supply to the Market and further hyper care for 6 months;- Leading Launches and Inlines forums to monitor and ensure timely product launch;- Close collaboration with GPIO, Marketing, Portfolio, BD, RA, QA and Sites;- Master data for Launches set up initiation and coordination;- Close follow up on first supply readiness and its acceleration with Sites;- Supervising of Demand process for Launches.

MASS & SelfCare - Preparing and leading Demand Reviews with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Trade Marketing and other stakeholders to achieve consensus on a vision of future demand;- Providing regular updates operational sales forecast based on historical sales, planned tenders, promo and other events;- Drives communication with Regional Planning team to ensure the high level of service;- Participating in x-functional projects as Supply Chain;- Efficient use & constant improvement of existing tools & techniques to manage forecasting process;- Supporting new product launches and regulatory projects from Supply Chain side;- Consulting Anaplan Project Team as SME in Demand Planning aspects.

One Ethicon and Technical Service- Demand, supply and purchasing (~2000 SKU);- Inventory Management including SLOB optimization;- Leading S&OP process;- E2E collaboration with EMEA team and cross-functions (RU&CIS) with the focus on customer service;- Leading and managing Ethicon team ensuring SC KPIs are achieved and satisfy business needs;- People management and talent development;- Reporting and analysis;- NPI support;- Project involvement as SC representative.
