• Responsible for research and analysis, accurately and clearly defining requirements for pension system initiatives, including e-business and act as business lead through requirements and development phase, ongoing business support for Pension Group users, daily, weekly and monthly tasks including reports, business changes and improvements initiatives • Manage multiple small and large projects to implement solutions to business problems• Responsible for defining and documenting business requirements for Pension Group strategic initiatives, including e-business and act as the business lead through the requirements, development and testing phases, providing post-implementation support• Provide requirements definition, statistical analysis, and business support for the pension systems, including defining business requirements, analyzing statistical reports, defining customized reports and analyzing the need for permanent reports• Act as an interface between the business users and IT to ensure resolution of issues that occur during requirements, development and testing phases, work co-operatively with the Project Manager, Business Lead, Testing Lead and Development to analyze problems identified during testing phase and assist with design and implementation of system enhancements, review and analyze systems, business issues and business processes to propose possible efficiency improvements.• Responsible for ensuring that problems and issues are escalated appropriately and management is kept informed
