Responsible and Handling all the Accounts, Transaction and operation. * process accounts payables transactions which includes entering invoices and verifying proper authorization and supporting documents* Ensure month-end closing to include reconciling account payables /Receivable trial balance in order to ensure correctness and accuracy along with SOA from Supplier/customer reconciliation on weekly/ monthly and yearly basis * oversee consolidation of monthly /financial year closing .* preparing and review all accounts payable/Receivable financial reports and data in a timely and accurate .* maintain the billing system by preparing invoices , specifying the terms and conditions for the payment , payment due date , amount method of payment and balance due .* Manage the cash and cheque/bank transfer payment / Deposit and collection and monthly bank reconciliation .* Manage the cash inflow/outflow , petty cash and local expenses.* Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals, prepaid expenses and variances and perform Monthly closing process and reconciliation * Trial balance report on monthly basis.* Managing Fixed Assets register and handling local purchasing orders and Tenders .* Managing Social security and company representative in front of all government related parties.* Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of all Tax related material and records including income And sales tax to contribute to overall financial integrity.* Preparing financial reports and budgeting as required by the Management , review budget request from various departments to ensure budgets are realistic and align with organizational goals , gathering and analyzing financial trends within the divisions finances and operations and providing the outcome if analysis to support the senior operational managers. * Supervising the performance of regular audits on all relevant

*Responsible for controlling stock and monitoring all the import consignments belonging to the group (such as Isuzu, heavy equipment, Hyundai, Kia vehicles, Home appliances, Office equipment, Office furniture, Trading etc.. from the supplier to our premises to reflect an accurate & realized price for the items “ Cost of goods sold” * Responsible for all inventory transaction and validation all the entries on daily basis .* Collecting, checking and auditing all documents related to consignments such as freight, customs duty, insurance, bank charges, clearance, transportation etc.. * Following up , controlling and posting all logistics issues belonging to the shipments such as receiving materials , excess and shortage materials , damage items , expired items, average cost update, FOC and posting all types of claims.
