Complex support of business activities of legal entities and private entrepreneurs in tax and accounting, HR & payroll, contract management and consulting on legal compliance.Accounting of legal entities:- providing full tax and accounting support in compliance with the statutory accounting standards and company policies- manage accounts payable and receivable, cost, assets and liabilities- preparation and submission tax, financial and statistical reporting to relevant authorities- payroll (sick leave, vacation pay, maternity benefits)- HR accounting (orders, staff schedules, timesheets of working hours)- accounting of primary documentation of company- control timely payment of taxes and fees- making payments in the system "Client-Bank"- accounting cash- settlements with buyers/suppliers- record of low value and fixed assets, intangible assets (commissioning, depreciation, inventory)- accounting of travel and entertainment expenses (advance reports)- participation in the preparation of management reports, and taking part in the external audit- monitoring of latest news and legislative updates which might be relevant to activities company- consulting support on accounting, taxation, drafting contracts, HR issues and other legal matters of the company.Accounting private entrepreneurs includes:- organization PE processes in full accordance with the Ukrainian legislation- processing and accounting of primary documents (contracts, acts of acceptance, invoices)- keeping books of revenues- preparation and submission of tax reporting- timely payment of taxes and fees- preparation bank documents for currency sale and creating payment orders for all kinds of money transactions - keeping archive documents - representation interests of PEs in state bodies (tax inspection, pension funds) and banks - consulting on state registration, taxation, accounting and other issues related to commercial activities of private entrepreneurs.
