School Computer Technology Specialist, Lvl 3
Current- Administers and manages large-scale deployments of all systems within a 1000+person school building, including but not limited to: technical support, reimaging,installation and configuration of windows and apple.
- Uses troubleshooting methodology to provide technical support and resolve issueswith all devices in the school building, including, but not limited to all administrator,teacher and support staff desktops, laptops.
- Utilizes various Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems to keep up with thesetup, maintenance and application / software deployment of such a large quantityof devices. Systems used include Intune, JAMF, Meraki, Apple.
- Supervises subordinate staff members assigned to support technology structures aswell as contractors, vendors, outside technicians, and repair people while they areassigned to work at our site for both short-term and.
- Maintains and updates equipment inventory to prevent loss and equipment misuse.
- Consults with principal during budget meetings for technology needs and purchasingoptions; Uses this insight to communicate with vendors for technology purchases aswell as technology grants.
