To be better since we service the guests and maintain the cleanliness on the Public Area that divided many sections especially HIT squad to clean the PVI / PDI ( vomit / diarrhea ) . The important thing is we learn how to SECURE many thing of the properties and "SEE SOMETHING , SAY SOMETHING" if there is an uninvited activity happen.Also know how to operate the rotary machine for scrubbing , shampooing , buffing , stripping , waxing.

As a Public Area Attendant have responsibilities to maintain and take care of cleanliness also the hygiene the ballrooms , public toilet , hotel lobby as a guest area ,and replenish all guests supplies. Also know how to operate the machine such as Rotary machine for scrubbing , buffing , shampooing , stripping , waxing with the chemicals.As a Room Attendant have responsibilities to maintain , take care the cleanliness , and replenish the guest's supplies such as Towels, amenities, report the defect / damaged on the Guest's room regardless with the Worksheet or assignment.And Order Taker / Clerk to organize all report , log book, minimize the discrepancy of last booked , summary, and track recorded data during operation in the day

To be a part of Housekeeping Departement knows most of all the responsibilities of Housekeeping to keep maintain the cleanliness and taking care all of the Guest and Crew area. Start from Public area, Guest's Stateroom , Laundry , Gardener , HK Order Taker.
