My name is Yancke,I'm 6 foot and change, sarcastic as all hell, and am obsessed with keeping all my pencils sharp.Inspired by illustrative techniques of William Morris and Alphonse Mucha, the discipline of the Renaissance masters in their obsession to learn new things and finally by the amazing age of digital art we find ourselves living in. In the past, I have studied graphic design, writing and editing, film studies and finally fine arts. I have freelanced just shy of a decade as well as lecturing digital design and animation for almostas long. Juggling these two career paths has been challenging and recently plunged back into the industry full time. My skill set is strongly rooted in traditional art while skewed toward design and illustration.I am technologically proficient, my work is executed using a wide range of mediums and software solutions.
