Working for the UK Property Development arm of VINCI PLC, my responsibilities include:- Joint Project Lead for a major £1bn regeneration scheme in Nine Elms, London;- Reporting to and advising designated Senior Management within VINCI UK Developments;- Working with Business Development, Legal and Financial Teams/Specialist to secure new land and OJEU/Framework (or equivalent) opportunities: identifying and appraising new bid (or equivalent) opportunities for scheme selection;- Preparing and managing selected scheme bids/negotiations to secure exclusivities;- Managing both strategic (master planning) and individual scheme design development, planning/consents and financial close processes;- Production of project programme/status updates/risk/financial reports and information for Board reports;- Exploring and securing funding options for potential development opportunities;- Maintaining relationships with Local Authorities/Public Sector bodies, Landowners, Registered Providers, Institutional Investors, Occupiers, Property Consultancies/Specialists, Lawyers and other Developers;- Managing the development of internal management and governance systems;- Managing the development of internal management and governance systems;- Framework Assistant for the PAGABO National Developer-Led Framework.Achievements:- Bid lead on VINCI UK Development’s successful bid for the major £47bn PAGABO National Developer-Led Framework
