-Responsible for promoting Iveco EuroCargo and truck tractor sales in China;-Responsible for specially in Firefighting and logisitc industry;-Accomplishing IVECO brand promotion in China and sales target;-Understanding and analyzing Chinese client's requirements and competitors in accordant with marco-ecomomy and market development of commercial vehicles;-Establishing sales policies and clients network;-Establishing commercial & sales models inline with state and company policies and guidelines;-Supporting sales of dealership;-Others upon request;

-Adjust o-chart and review, improve position specification;-Review service process and adjust, improve, new set up necessary processes according to Mercedes-Benz system standards;-Expand and explore group sales area and channels;-Lead sales team to explore new potential customers;-Set up series of internal training to improve service and technical skills;

-Formulate and implement sales plan and cost plan under group target and strategy;-Analyze market potential and direct sales team to dig out the potential;-Supervise and control the whole marketing and selling process, implement the financial budget and profit distribution;-Participate in the decision of group major affairs, providing suggestion from sales site;-Assist group service departments to provide standard service to customers;-Assist HR department to recruit team members and provide necessary training;-Set up performance check system to sales team, including index, execution, assessment, and bonus distribution;-Implement Mercedes-Benz standard system to assure high CSI;-Lead marketing team to organize customer events and activities;

-Responsible for the daily operations of Shenzhen office;-Responsible for the import business of the trucks, including VOLVO, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, Renault, Hino, etc;-Responsible for the sales of trucks.
