ExperienceAs a pioneer in domestic legal area related with intellectual property, Andy Yang is one of the best lawyers with a complex background both in education and experience. He started his career in a state-owned large enterprise in technical service department as a circuit designer and an R&D researcher since his graduation from HUST (Huazhong University of Science & Technology) with a bachelor degree major in Applied Electronic Technology in 1993. Five years later, Andy won his master degree in the Law School of Renmin University, one of the top law schools in Asia. Since 1998, Andy has concentrated on legal practice of intellectual property and its extent area for over 15 years, when he practiced as a trademark attorney, a patent attorney and an intellectual property lawyer till now.
