About Yang Bai

My Core opened in late 2018. It is not just about cutting-edge NGS instrumentation and bioinformatic pipelines. It is project-centered, it is forward thinking and innovative, and it is collaborative bridging disciplines. Together with biomedical engineers, chemical engineers, biologists, physicists and computer scientists, we study disease mitigation of cancer, Alzheimer's, diabetes and osteoporosis, develop new regenerative materials and drug compounds, and tackle the most pressing global issues -COVID pandemic and climate change. Coding skills: Python, R, Bash, Perl, JMP, MatLab and C++ for bioinformatic data mining.
