With over 10 years of experience in office management, customer service, and executive management, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who strives to create positive experiences for customers and stakeholders. Currently, I am the Office Manager and Customer Service Team Leader at OKAMI DISTRIBUTION, a leading food chain of Japanese restaurant in Australia. In this role, I participate in the execution of multiple projects, facilitate discussions, coordinate inter-departmental collaborations, and report to the General Manager. I also supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the customer service team, develop policies and procedures, oversee the implementation and optimize the process. Additionally, I establish and enforce the company's vehicle management policy and procedure and coordinate employee relations. I leverage my MBA degree and my skills in executive management, and making things happen to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction at OKAMI.
