Hi, I’m Yang. I am doing AI problems, such as MNIST, Titanic, California House Price, etc, and also keep doing my Master’s research, “Complex-Valued Dictionary Learning for 3D SAR Imaging”, to implement different algorithms to get better automobile radar images. For AI problems, first of all, Feature Engineering is implemented, when the feature column is not numerical, there are NaN in the columns, or check the correlation between feature columns and label column. Secondly, models and algorithms are built to train the training data. Thirdly, validation data is used to initially verify the accuracy. Last but not the least, testing data is an important index to check whether the model and algorithms are beneficial to the result. For my Master’s research, the object of this research is that the automobile radar image can still be retained despite some missing data. I currently use K-SVD unsupervised learning to train the dictionary, and then use Basis Pursuit Denoising to calculate the sparse representation matrix to get the automobile radar image. So, I am trying to use different algorithms or models to check which method is the best for the automobile radar image.
