1. To assist and coordinate in overall operating activities and function conduct between production and its supporting departments;2. To prepare, organize, monitor, review, control and analyze on production Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and perform operation audit;3. To implement, monitor and review in production’s quality control and hygiene operation;4. Prepares and compiles a variety of production data into management reports and analysis;5. Perform investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action for problem affecting production including but not limited to output , staffing, quality and production down time;6. Train production staffs to ensure production efficiency, quality system and inspection procedures are maintained and ensure adequate training to improve skills, knowledge and abilities;7. Responsible for department’s general office administration function and activities, and ensuring smoothing implementation of office administration policy and procedures;8. To ensure proper recording and control over all inventory for traceability and provide accurate inventory status purpose.9. Design, implement and monitor documentation and reports used in operation activities ;10. Manages and prioritizes internal and external communications; 11. To assist in production or administration development projects
