Within the HR Training and Development division, I lead a range of critical functions across the employee lifecycle:1. Onboarding and Performance Management: - Orchestrating smooth onboarding experiences for contractual and probationary employees. - Coordinating performance appraisals at the 3rd and 5th month marks, guiding employees towards regularization.2. Training Coordination: - Planning and executing comprehensive internal and external training initiatives, including safety, equipment, environmental, and specialized functional trainings.3. Career Development and Mobility: - Managing employee movements and driving career advancement opportunities, with a focus on identifying and nurturing high-potential talents.4. Offboarding and Feedback Analysis: - Conducting thorough exit interviews and synthesizing feedback analysis reports to refine offboarding processes and enhance overall employee satisfaction.5. Work Values Training: - Acting as a key facilitator for Work Values training sessions, instilling company values and culture in newly graduated MTP employees.6. Teambuilding and Collaboration: - Spearheading teambuilding activities to foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and camaraderie among employees.In this role, I am dedicated to empowering employees at every stage of their journey, from their initial onboarding to their ongoing development and beyond.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:1. Organizational Development: - Engage in talent management, HR process improvement, and strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. - Develop talent strategies and plans by analyzing previous surveys, one-on-one meeting reports, and performance evaluation results to improve employee engagement, retention, and rewards strategies.2. Talent Acquisition (End to End): - Lead the entire recruitment process, from job analysis and updating JDs to sourcing, recruitment marketing, interviews, preboarding, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with business objectives.3. Performance Management: - Oversee performance management processes, including probationary and annual evaluations for Rank & File employees. - Facilitate employee movements, promotions, lateral transfers, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), providing monthly guidance and coaching to probationary employees.4. Training & Development: - Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning gaps and align learning initiatives with organizational goals and strategies. - Lead the TRAINERS CIRCLE and organize monthly learning sessions.5. Employee Engagement: - Drive company-wide employee engagement, rewards, and recognition initiatives. - Spearhead programs and activities such as Internal Communication Initiatives/Ambassadors Program, Trainer's Circle Program, and various company-wide events.6. Organizational Development Strategies: - Practice OD strategies by conducting root cause analysis, gathering feedback, and designing and implementing solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.7. Employee Relations and Discipline Support: - Assist the HR Manager in managing employee relations and disciplinary issues. - Draft Notices to Explain and Resolution Letters, and contribute to the review and development of HR policies and procedures.
