Ensure safe, high quality vehicles are delivered to our customers. Deliver defect free products by executing Design Integration Test(DIT) on time and with a high level of integrity exercising a single voice. Ensure customers (Pre-Production Operation, Assembly Plant, and Consumer) requirements are captured and understood as part of DITs.Execute validation deliverables with excellence and provide independent unbiased assessment on product readiness. Provide Software Readiness Report to Program Team and Chief Engineer. Coordinate validation activities across SMTs & Integration areas; confirm and document requirements are met to achieve validation deliverables on time with quality. Effectively communicating status and risk assessment leveraging test results, analysis, and expertise.Work with international engineering team and provide technical support to global GM facilities andassembly plant located in US, Korea and China. Be first responder to vehicle software related issues found at global GM facilities. Lead global engineering team in root cause issues and deliver plans in resolving the issues with high efficiency.Be an integral part of the vehicle program team, working together to achieve results. Drive core efficiencies through cross-functional collaboration (suppliers, release engineers, supplier quality engineers, AVG, CIEs, CM, etc.), reinvigorate standard work and implementation of productivity improvements / cost savings opportunities.

My responsibility is to coordinate different engineering teams to deliver high quality, robust and spec-meeting electronic control systems to our customers within the program schedule. My duties include designing control and diagnostic strategy, providing software specification and validation plans, conducting data analysis, providing technical support to engine testing cells/labs.

-Worked closely with electrical team and mechanical team as the interface between development side and manufacture side, specifying customer’s specifications and finalizing the Product Definition Documents (PDD).-Conducted tests on upgraded Electronic Scan Radar (ESR) system, measuring response of Forward Collision Warning (FCW) & Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) to different system parameter inputs.-Built an analytical model of the Rear View Camera (RVC) system, experience in computer graphics algorithm and image distortion corrections; simulated vision error caused by the RVC assembly tolerance under different pitch, yaw, roll inputs with MATLAB and conducted sensitivity analysis based on Cotter’s Method.-Developed the End-Of-Line (EOL) RVC calibration method and detailed calibration procedure manual.

-Attended 2-week’s rotational training in quality management of manufacture process at the assembly line.-Took part in a project related to improvement of quality management on vehicle body inspection.
