Currently a research assistant at the N.1 Institute for Health, NUS. Research experience in the fields of medical technology and translational research.Conducted a phase 3 clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of a novel medical cryocompression device in preventing chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.Collaborated closely with industry partners, cancer patients, and various healthcare professionals in both public and private sector to improve the design and usability of the novel cryocompression device.Experience in providing training to at least 40 nurses (public and private chemotherapy clinics) in using the novel medical device.Management and maintenance of 26 medical devices in various clinical sites across Singapore, providing technical support and ensuring smooth operation.Involved in processes aimed at deploying the novel medical device as a new standard of care in the National University Hospital Singapore.Presented research findings in conferences such as the NCIS Annual Research Meeting (NCAM 2022), the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer Annual Meeting (MASCC 2023).
