Two years learning in statistics built me strong coding skills in different kinds of widely used statistics software including R,SAS,SPSS and Python.Solid knowledge in statistics enable me to find the best way to analyze different kinds of data set and to interpret the results in reports in plain words. Besides, I spent a lot of my spare time to learn Microsoft office software especially EXCEL and POWER POINT. I can handle various kinds of data manipulation to make the data more concise and easier to read with EXCEL.I can create nice power point in different styles which make me easier to convey my opinion to who I’m talking with.As a finance majored undergraduate student I have done a lot of presentations and group discussions which improve both my communication skills and cooperation skills and six years learning in mathematics enables me to think cautiously. From my experience in solving mathematics problem, I believe that finding the simplest way to solve the problem not only improve your efficiency but also reduce the error risk, according to which I believe I could figure out a way to complete my future assigned job perfectly.My intern experience in HSBC granted me awareness of responsibility because tiny mistakes made throughout working would affect colleagues causing great loss to the company. Besides, this experience instructed me how to communicate with clients efficiently. Understanding clients’s need is a further step of communicating with them, you need to find out what they are concerning about in order to give them the best solution. All in all, with my solid knowledge of statistics and excellent programming skills, I think your company is good place for me to practice and develop my skills and knowledge in these areas. Meanwhile, as an extrovert and detailed-oriented person, my personality will enhance my working performance.
