Discuss with CRRC design team and suppliers to drive issue resolution, obtain the 8D report and feasible solution. Implement corrective actions to solve or minimize the influence to prevent further influence.• Based on the on-site and operational conditions, write analysis reports to solve issues of KRV valve, EED, master controller, gangway, driver seat, cab door window, wheelchair ramp and other systems.• Check the electrical schematic, pneumatic diagram and work principle of parts, analysis the logic between each part and found the root cause of faults.• Identify the lowest level of component that can solve faults, judge the responsibility of the fault and provide parts to rectify the issue.• Check tasks in the Maintenance Manual, predict potential problems and part requirement in the coming exam, prepared in advanced to minimize the withheld hazard.• Write reports to analyse and clarify operation faults.• Collaborate with CRRC Quality to check the NCR and supplier's part.• Create and modify method instructions, attend on-site repairing jobs.• Rectify the minor defects of production process, familiar with rectification methods and train details.
