• Crown Banquet: Provide water and beverage to clients; attend to customers’ needs; serve wine and set napkins; serve entrée, main course and desserts in a timely manner and keep up the pace with other team members; clear empty plates and glasses; keep the table as tidy as possible• Virgin VIP Lounge: clear empty plates, glasses and cutlery on the table; attend to customers’ needs; keep all chairs tidy and form in line; clean tables and trolley when needed

*Establish new COD customer account through Account Application and EOM+14 days*customer through Credit Application* Conduct customer credit check* Billing invoice and statement* Upload invoices to Invoice Finance Facility, daily and monthly* Receive payment through cash, cheque, EFT, and credit card* Record payment through MYOB Exonet System and post into General Ledger account; if special conditions apply, will make adjustment, transfer between accounts* Create Credit Note for prompt payment and Invoice for late payment penalty* Monitor customers’ current and past-due balance, prepare weekly AR report and otherregular monthly report* Follow up aged accounts mainly according to weekly AR report and update customer account payment condition to designated sales manager for further action
