Main responsibility: Talent mapping; Resume screening; Conduct HR interview; Follow up pipeline candidate status; Offer negotiation; Make offer proposal to business; Collect and analyze market intelligence for business, advise recruitment solutions to business; Resolve any issues which may happen in recruitment end to end process.Apart from daily recruitment routines, other projects and campaigns are also involved, including recruitment system transformation, SOE optimization, campus campaign, etc.
