Trained as an architect-urban planner, I began my architecture studies in China before continuing my academic journey in France from 2007, focusing on urban planning. My academic path was marked by the completion of a thesis in architecture and urban planning between 2008 and 2014.My career started concurrently with my thesis in 2009, with my first experience in the urban planning department of Paris Airport, followed by collaboration with "agence Paul Andreu Architecte". Since 2011, I have been a member of Arte Charpentier.My over 10 years at Arte Charpentier have been focused on two main areas: project management and Research & Development. Starting as a designing architect-urban planner for renovation projects, I later evolved into a managerial role for complex projects at various scales, including internationally.In 2016, I established the Research & Development department within the agency. With the support of the leadership and my colleagues, we identified about ten research fields, continuing our work with the teams. I was also responsible for filing the Research Tax Credit, totaling around 3 million euros over the last decade.Currently, I am fully engaged in both of my roles, both as a manager for complex projects and as the head of the Research & Development department.Parallel to my career, I taught at the Paris-Belleville School of Architecture from 2016 to 2021 and have been an associated researcher at the research laboratory during the same period. My work focuses on the urban transformation of Asian cities, with several publications to my name, including a book and several scientific articles.In order to optimize collaboration with various stakeholders in the real estate sector to generate value through innovation, I decided to enroll in the Real Estate Management Master's program at ESSEC. At present, I am firmly convinced that real estate innovation is the key to change and establishing a new model within architecture firms and other stakeholders in the real estate production chain.
