Being a Senior Officer in the Finance Department, the incumbent takes up a key Accounting and Supervisory role in assisting the Department Managers:1.Prepare the daily General Ledger and Taxation work, and also prepare the consolidation financial and management reports.2.Ensure the accounting booking accurately, completely and timely to reflect the actual financial situation for month-end closing.3.Manage the intercompany transactions between with corporation.4.Ensure the accuracy of monthly tax claim, annual tax return and withholding tax claim for the tax declarations.5.Ensure the accuracy of monthly reconciliation and meets the schedule.6.To perform book-keeping in SAP for GL/AR/AP;7.Coordinate and handle the external and internal audit.8.Assist in the monthly, quarterly forecasting process and also in planning and reporting.9.Maintain good relationship with banks, tax bureau,and other local authorities.10.Effectively cooperate and liaise with other internal functions.

Work cross with FP&A team members and other functions to complete various regulatory and management reporting, timely and accurately.Roles and Responsibilities:1.Responsible for the monthly end and yearly end closing, corresponding monthly financial and management reports(e.g. CFO ,Marketing performance) . 2.Business on-going projects/jobs monitoring and revenue recognition for pipeline updating（Prepare monthly budget vs. actual, variance analysis and suggestion proposal）.3.Prepare and deliver the Hyperion rolling forecasts quarterly budget report(P&L, cash flow, B/S).4.General ledger review and maintenance, ensure the accuracy with the supporting documents. 5.Improve AR collection status and monitoring Intercompany clearing.6.Monthly key metrics/revenue gap analysis preparing,assist department heads to interpret financial data in order to apply cost control.7. Coordinate with various internal and external parties, e.g. internal&external auditors, departmental key persons and Shared Service Centre,etc.8.Follow-up request for payment / reimbursement and cost overhead.9.Trade Working Capital control and analysis,perform profitability analysis by distributor and by category,etc.10.Handle all tax declarations for ensuring the compliance with Chinese tax regulation.11.Assist FM / FD on other analysis reports .

Main responsibilities: 1.Bookkeeping accounting transactions on daily basis, including expense, bank, Settlement of AR and AP as per customer or supplier payment. 2. Review and control all the vouchers created automatically created in ERP system, make sure all vouchers are checked and posted regularly, including AR, AP, GL, etc.3. Prepare and deliver Statutory Reporting to China Bureau and submit all statistic data as requested by local government.4. Process General Ledger posting, monitor period end closing, prepare monyhly financial statements (include preparing monthly balance sheet, income statement, report on changes in financial position/budget variances). 5. Confirm the figures for business income tax on reports and tax declaration .6. Monthly check the bank reconciliation statements made by cashier, verifies all deposits, handles discrepancies and problems.7. Assist on internal audit and external audit, liaison with external stakeholders such as bank, tax authorities, etc.8. Release cash voucher, double check AP voucher, archive GL voucher etc. 9. Follow up with Project Managers on outstanding invoicing and provide financial management support where required.
