 Responsible for the domestic and abroad raw materials of U375 project from sample stage to Mass Production ,pushing and tracking the engineering changing to ensure the project progress is not affected. responsible for the procurement of tooling, gages, fixtures and other non-raw materials for D2UX and U375 projects. tracking the whole purchasing process according to the rules of company ,that is accepting the purchasing application from engineers or someone else , inquiring, bargaining, issuing purchase orders, making procurement contracts, tracking supplier deliveries, receiving and inspecting goods, warehousing, checking invoices and allocating payment to supplieresponsible for buying raw materials for the two MP projects(Suspension Rear-leg) . making procurement orders based on material requirements and inventory, so that balancing production and inventory balance and tacking suppliers delivering the goods to our company Settle and the follow-up the problems of material anomalies (shorts, substandard quality, the damaged packaging, etc.) , timely communicating with suppliers to handling the defective products, and monthly reconciliations with suppliers and request payout for them Finding new suppliers for certain raw materials I responsible for ,offering quotation ,selecting and assessing the new material .tracking small series and climbing production until volume production  Evaluating the suppliers’ performance and establishing new supply relationship according to the requirements Responsible for the customer service of Rear legs and suspension projects(MP) ,make weekly production plan and long-term plan according to customer's requirements, also daily changing the plan according to the actual circumstance ,at the same time the corresponding delivery plan When switching the raw materials’ suppliers, tracking the whole process of small batch climbing plan ,leading to volume production Processing the provision work assigned

 Assist project managers to follow up QGC time note according to PEP and quotation preparation process. Assist with general issues within system- project department, such as tracking paper signing process and organize department meetings and make meeting minutes. Responsible for engineering change requests within wiper system- project department. Acting as coordinator between system- project department and European project headquarter. Prepare related documents and assist project managers to inform and get customer approval. Participant in the training which related to Project Management(including Production /Engineering /Purchasing /CFA /Production& marketing /Logistic /Quality /Project Management and so on） Responsible for RBDI H79 & B515 armature shaft RPP process. Working as a coordinator to initiate PO from RBDI, organize internal 0-series process with colleagues in quality department, manufacturing department, logistic department. Follow up with PSW process, etc. Responsible for Golf A7 package changing work, coordinate RBCC manufacturing, quality and logistic departments to change import package to localized package.
