■ CPA■ Three years of work experience with local and foreign real estate industry, familiarity with financial accounting and financial management in real estate company, a good command of finance strategy and tax avoidance strategy in the industry.■ Familiarity with the IPO process, experience in boosting the IPO process by cooperating with other parties from the perspective of both the Companies and IPO Intermediary. ■ Four years work experience in PricewaterhouseCoopers, familiar with the regulations related to PRC and HK public companies;■ Good understanding of the PRC GAAP, HKFRS/IFRS, US GAAP, Tax laws and relevant economic laws, capability of preparing reporting packages and report under different standards;■ Hands on experience in setting up, evaluating and supervising the internal control and financial management;■ Excellent financial analytical skills and mastery of related tools, results-oriented;■ Good inter-personal and communication skills and competent team leader;■ Good English communication skills.
