After completing a Master of Business degree at London School of Economics, Yang has over 15 years of international taxation and transfer pricing experience in both China (Shanghai) and Australia (Perth and Melbourne), including 9 years with Big 4 accounting firms.During his career, Yang has acquired extensive experience on significant assignments including unilateral and multilateral Advance Pricing Arrangements, TP audit defense and risk reviews, supply chain optimisation, and global documentation etc.During his tenure in China, Yang was a regular transfer pricing trainer to Chinese tax authorities.Yang joined SW Accountants & Advisors in March 2015 and has been leading the SW national transfer pricing practice. Yang also plays a key role in advising on inbound and outbound Asian business transactions, facilitated by his language capability (English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese).Yang’s wide industry experience includes property and construction, automotive, energy and natural resources, financial services, agribusiness, education, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, logistics and telecommunications etc.In his spare time, Yang enjoys soccer, travelling, movie and reading.Yang has also recently taken up a new parenthood role, for his newborn boy.
