(1) Multi-step synthesized high-purity small organic molecule lead compounds and their analogs under a federal contract;(2) Multi-step synthesized large-scale high-purity custom organic compounds for commercial sector clients;(3) Purified the organic intermediates and final compounds by column chromatography and crystallization;(4) Designed and optimized the synthetic routes and purification procedures;(5) Characterized the organic intermediates and final compounds by HPLC, NMR, MS, elemental analysis, single crystal XRD, etc.;(6) Grew the single crystals of final compounds and analyzed their crystal structures;(7) Performed HPLC tests, maintained the instrument and trained other employees;(8) Completed and maintained the paperwork for products and shipments.
