•Daily Scrum meeting and interact with the Scrum Master and BI manager via Jira and Confluence through the data life cycle for delivering insight reporting request from business units. •Conducting Exploratory Data Analysis Procedure for accessing rows of recruitment data storing in MS SQL Server, accessing in using SSMS to daily execute queries and update stored procedures in a daily basis. •Connect Power Automate and Power BI to schedule instant cloud flow for users to data export request. •Assist to Build up ETL pipeline in MS Visual Studio to ensure batch row data automatically formatting and stored in data warehouse for the consistent Power BI analysis demands, and run the SSIS package by scheduling from Server Agent, to prepare paginated reports in PBI service.•Continuously integrate data from Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, tracking metrics in using Google Tag Mangers, and combine data from MS SQL server to Power BI and Google data studio to streamline the marketing reporting flow, scheduled auto extract refresh, resulting in approx. 40% of the time saving.• Generating insight dashboard design in Power BI by implementing DAX queries to plot charts (Pareto, histogram, target bar charts, Sankey, etc.) for viewing key metrics such as ROAS (Return on ads spend), Cost Per Click, Click Through Rate to adjust bidding strategies.•Managing RLS (Row Level Security) in Power BI and Azure Directory Group to grant access permission

•Retrieve invoices data, GL (general ledger) codes, cost data, inventory, sales, payment terms and vendor detailers from D365 Finance & Operations to the Excel and Power BI, to assist BI report development•Deliver accounting logic for the data analyst to effectively extract financial data from SQL Server Management Studio. Review SQL stored procedures to debug the queries and achieve the correct data. •Communicate and resolve disputes with manager regarding outstanding BI report adjustments.•Deploy Power Automate to support monthly supplier statement reconciliation file export and liaise both internally and externally to solve any payment discrepancies.•Perform month-end procedures of journal posting, including accrued revenue, prepayment, term deposit, expense accruals via Excel advanced such as Power Query and Micro.•Provide assistance and respond to customer queries related to client billings and disputes of accounts.•Maintain debt collection via telephone or email contact, producing the ageing summary report and negotiating payment plans.•Perform daily bank reconciliation and management of customer rebates.
