-Assist the CEO in formulating business development plans, and in charge of the Facebook reseller EC business and Product&Tech department.-Develop and implement reseller business strategy and drive revenue growth-Collaborate with Facebook RSO and SMB team in developing products to serve long tail advertisers - in the process shared best practices with Facebook Ads For China and several other product teams.-Develop product strategy and roadmap of Adorado, an ad-buy tool that has served over 1000 advertisers in China to date-Co-work with sales and management team to help drive business objectives through product and tool (e.g. Ad Screening tool built that helped to increase ad screening efficiency by 400%+)-Conduct extensive user research study to help conceptualize relevant and useful products and features suitable for Chinese market and users including Wechat Chatbot and Wechat MiniAPP - both of which are first in the market.-Develop go-to-market strategy leveraging both online and offline media-Lead Powerwin's optimization team concurrently managing 20 optimizers

-Develop online marketing strategy for GSO clients including AE and SheIn that has a combined ads budget of $5M/quarter-Led optimization team that consists of 5 optimizers and accountable for $8M ad spend per quarter-Built dashboard to help optimization team leverage data analysis and insights to upsell ad solutions-Co-work with Nanigans team on advertising automation leading to the development of ad buy system that had 20+ advertisers-Co-work with Facebook APAC team on key accounts(including AE/Ctrip/shein/banggood) to ensure optimal growth and success

-Manage Multi-Channel Ad Accounts (Baidu/Google/ Facebook) of budget upwards of $2M/quarter-Improve online ads performance based on data analysis and insights-Maintain key customers relationship including Ctrip and Shein-Co-work with sales team on new clients acquisition
