About Yang Xiang

Being a hardware design engineer and line manager in consumer electronics industry for 8 years and fire safety product for 7 years, I am passionate in new technologies and new products. I enjoy bringing wonderful experience to my customers as well as power saving, green and quality products. I have participated in several world known mobile phones’ and building technology R&D work, getting rich knowledge and experience in each development process from the very beginning concept design phase to final mass production. Besides mobile phones and fire safte products design, I have also deposited experience in team management, leadship build-up, strategy definition and financial management. In the same time, I have also gathered valuable experience in building good relationship with internal team members as well as external customers and suppliers. However, a successful product or even a successful company depends on not only technologies but also many other factors. So I chose to enroll in a MBA program to broaden my knowledge and views in other areas of business. With three years' learning in general management, strategic management, marketing, finance, and accounting, now I can better leverage my strong technical background and rich work experience to handle more technology related management work.
