Current-Responsible for BMW China Customer Interaction Center IT systems (customer data management, outbound questionnaire systems, online chat system, knowledge base system, content management(Adobe Experience Manager))build function, to achieving the project objectives and keep the schedule and costs with good quality. -Consulting for business on new requirements, negotiate with business Key user/stakeholder.-Responsible for CRM systems change & release management, integration / migration of market solutions(e.g. DMS, BMW.Digital , Finance Service, Future Retail, BMW Connected, GCDM, Loyalty program, ChargeNow etc).-Monitor and control the creation of the deliverable (including changes), take care of the execution of the required acceptances and hand over the project deliverable to operation team.-As project manager support application/infrastructure operation team.-Supplier management, service contract management and budget planning for responsible projects.-Expert on business process, solution design, complex enterprise solution integration
